Consultant	Description
Tina	Tina has been implementing the Oracle Applications since 1995, starting with W.W. Grainger as part of the implementation team and later as a consultant concentrating on Oracle Financial Applications. Specialties include functional lead with analysis, design, set up, conversion, planning, and training for Oracle Applications implementations including both technical and functional aspects of the modules. Industry experience includes public accounting, financial accounting for a large distribution company, and consulting for manufacturing, telecom, software, retail, service, state and city governments, and web companies. In addition, she has international accounting and Oracle experience. Tina earned her CPA certificate and holds a masters in business administration.
Ben	Ben Crabb has several years of manufacturing and systems integration experience and has been consulting exclusively on Oracle application solutions for over thirteen years. Specialties include functional lead for Advanced Planning and Scheduling, core manufacturing and related applications. Ben also served on the Partner Advisory Board to Oracle for the Advanced Planning and Scheduling products. Ben brings a strong understanding of business knowledge to Oracle implementations. Prior to consulting, Ben worked several years in the aerospace and defense industry as a Project Manger, Planning Manger, and Industrial Engineer. Ben is APICS certified and a licensed professional engineer.
Michael	Michael has been consulting exclusively on Oracle application solutions for eleven years. Specialties include functional lead for distribution, manufacturing and related applications. Michael has led projects domestically and internationally including multiple projects in Europe and Asia. One of the strengths that sets Michael apart is his belief in ownership of his projects and delivering a quality solution for his clients. Industry experience includes manufacturing, quality and operations analysis for a regional container manufacturing company, and consulting for manufacturing, telecom, software, aerospace, service, medical equipment, and gaming companies. Michael holds a masters in business administration.
Tom	Tom has twelve years of experience and the last five years as a solutions architect. Tom draws from his accounting background as well as his information systems degree to develop vestal, customer-centric solutions.
Kristina	Kristina has over a decade of Oracle Applications experience, including Multi-Organization and upgrades. Her functional strengths include business process analysis and implementation solution design. Kristina has participated in over fifteen major implementations of Oracle E-Business Applications, as a functional resource working with all modules. Her role often includes working with users to gathering and fulfill functional requirements, and working with technical personnel to determine conversion, interface and customization strategies. Kristina’s exceptional understanding in the areas of business practices, standard functionality, integration points between modules, and data structures allows her to work well both end users and technical resources in designing solutions. Her two years of experience in Oracle’s Technical Support organization allows her to fast-track solutions to issues that arise during projects.
Chris	Chris Herdic has worked with Oracle Applications for more than 12 years. His first assignment on an Oracle Applications project was to develop a Custom Pricing Application for a 10.6 implementation. When this implementation upgraded to R11i, he lead the technical team in implementing one of the first successful deployments of the Advanced Pricing module.
Slavko	Slavko is a senior principal consultant with over nineteen (19) years of experience that possesses a strong technical and functional understanding of the Oracle Applications. He have been an applications architect, development manager, technical lead, developer and business analyst at several Oracle Application engagements. He specialties lie in gathering requirements, gap analysis, and issue resolution, architecting system interface points, and using the Oracle development tool sets to support and enhance the Oracle Applications.
