Conference season is one of our favorite times of the year. It puts us in the same room as the finance, AP, AR, and Oracle professionals we love working with, and it gives us the chance to trade ideas face to face instead of through a screen. This season, we will be at three events: IOFM Fall in Austin, AFP in Las Vegas, and AI World in Las Vegas. Here is where to find us, and what we are most excited about.
Where to Find Us

Our Sessions
We are especially looking forward to the two sessions our team will be leading.
Reclaim Your Day: AI’s Role in Everyday Oracle AP Processing (IOFM Fall). In this 90-minute session, we will walk through the Oracle AP process from invoice entry to matching, approvals, exceptions, and follow-up, and show where AI can reduce manual effort at each step. We will explain how it fits with Oracle ERP and demonstrate practical products that support everyday AP work. AP professionals also know better than anyone where the process slows down and where the biggest opportunities sit, which puts them in a strong position to help shape practical AI projects in AP and across the company. We want attendees to leave with ideas they can put to use right away.
From Manual to Intelligent: Modernizing Cash Application in the Age of AI (AFP). This 30-minute session traces how cash application automation has evolved, from basic lockbox processing and rules engines to AI-driven matching and intelligent exception handling. Attendees will receive a practical framework for assessing their current maturity, see where automation delivers the highest return, and learn how technologies such as machine learning and OCR are changing how payments get applied. Drawing on real implementation experience, we will cover common failure points in traditional workflows, the data and integration challenges that hold back straight-through processing rates, and the design principles behind systems that can handle remittance ambiguity at scale. Attendees will leave with guidance on building a business case, key questions to ask when evaluating vendors, and a roadmap for moving from manual cash posting to exception-based processing.
Real Conversations With the People Doing the Work
The best part of any conference is the conversation that starts with a simple question and runs well past the scheduled time. AP managers describing how their team handles vendor statements. AR leaders sharing how deductions pile up at month end. Treasury professionals comparing notes on how payments arrive. Those exchanges teach us as much as they teach anyone else, and they shape how we think about the solutions we build.
If you have a process that never quite fits the way your team works, bring it with you. We would love to hear about it.
Live Demos You Can Put Your Hands On
Slides can only show so much. At our booths, we look forward to walking through live demos of our solutions, so you can see how they work with real screens and real workflows. Depending on what interests you, we can show you how our automation handles areas such as:
AP Automation. Invoice capture, matching, and exception handling that keeps clean invoices moving and gives your team clear context on the ones that need attention.
Cash Applications. Matching incoming payments to open invoices across both lockbox and digital remittance.
Deductions Management. Capturing, categorizing, and tracking deductions so your team can see the patterns behind the claims.
AP Statement Reconciliation. Comparing vendor statements to your records so discrepancies, missing credits, and duplicates surface early.
AI Agents and Automation Solutions. At AI World, we will be demoing our AI agents and automation solutions, and we would love to discuss the art of the possible for your Oracle environment.
Meet the Experts Behind the Solutions
One of the best reasons to stop by our booth is the people you will meet there. Our team brings real depth across AI, Oracle development, and finance operations, so whatever you are working on, there is someone ready to dig into it with you.
Ask about AI. Vinay Kumar, Head of AI Strategies, and Sarath Kumar, AI Specialist and APEX Developer, can talk through where AI fits in your processes and how to get started in a practical way.
Ask about accounts payable. Tina Crabb, Senior AP Functional Analyst, brings 20 years of experience to questions about invoice processing, matching, and exceptions.
Ask about accounts receivable and sales orders. Vidya Iyer, Senior Functional Analyst, has over 20 years of experience in accounts receivable and sales order automation.
Ask about custom Oracle applications. Dave Reid, Senior APEX Developer with 25 years of experience, can show you what is possible when an application is built around the way your team works.
Ask about your project. Rick Pollina, Customer Engagement Manager, is the person to talk to about next steps and how we can support your team.
Ask about the big picture. Thomas Korbecki, our CEO, is a former accountant and the founder of oAppsNET, and he is always glad to talk about the challenges finance teams face.
Whether you are just starting to explore automation or planning your next phase, our team can talk through what has worked for organizations like yours. As an Oracle Partner, we are proud of the expertise we bring to every implementation, and we enjoy sharing what we have learned along the way.
How to Get the Most Out of a Finance Automation Conference
If you are planning to attend, a little preparation goes a long way. Here are a few ideas that help many attendees leave with more than a bag of brochures:
Bring a specific challenge. A real example, such as a process that takes too long or a report that never matches, leads to a far more useful conversation than a general question.
Make a short list of priorities. Decide which two or three topics matter most to your team, so you can plan your time around them.
Come with a colleague. Different roles notice different things. Having someone from AP, AR, and IT in the same conversation often surfaces questions you would not have thought of alone.
Ask to see it, not just hear about it. A live demo shows how a solution fits into daily work far better than a description does.
The Takeaway
We are excited to meet new faces, reconnect with familiar ones, and share what we have been building. If you are attending IOFM Fall, AFP, or AI World, we would love to see you.
