Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OAppsNet platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by OAppsNet (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

Our Services are designed for enterprise clients using Oracle ERP environments including Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and Oracle APEX. Access to the platform is granted to authorised users only. You agree to use the Services solely for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Services Description

OAppsNet provides AI-native finance operations automation including accounts payable automation, accounts receivable and cash application, supplier onboarding and risk management, fraud and compliance monitoring, and Oracle-certified implementation services. The specific features and modules available to you depend on your subscription agreement.

3. Data and Confidentiality

You retain ownership of all financial and operational data you submit through the Services (“Customer Data”). We process Customer Data solely to deliver the Services as described in your agreement and our Privacy Policy.

OAppsNet is SOC 2 Type II certified. We implement enterprise-grade security controls to protect your data at rest and in transit. We do not sell or share your Customer Data with third parties except as required to deliver the Services or as required by law.

4. Oracle Integration

Some features require integration with your Oracle ERP environment. You are responsible for ensuring your Oracle licensing permits third-party integrations and for providing the access credentials required. OAppsNet is an Oracle-certified partner and operates within Oracle’s published integration standards.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, AI models, documentation, and platform interfaces provided through the Services are and remain the intellectual property of OAppsNet. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

6. Availability and Support

We aim to maintain high platform availability. You can monitor current system status at status.oappsnet.com. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OAppsNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability in connection with the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Services in accordance with the terms of your subscription agreement. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. We will retain your Customer Data for a period as specified in your agreement, after which it will be securely deleted.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
